With over thirty years’ experience in
working with senior executives in a range
of consultancy and in-house roles, the
programme facilitators have a great deal of
exposure of successfully working with
senior individuals and groups from a wide
variety of different industries.
Together, their energy and enthusiasm is
channeled in to working with transitioning
managers to provide them with the most
up-to-date thinking and tools on career
transitioning. Participants will receive the

- 1 Day High Impact Workshop*, grounded in psychological
principles, facilitated by two highly
experienced
facilitators.
- Each participant is supported by 12 hours of individual
one-to-one coaching support over several months,
drawn down at the individual’s discretion.
- Opportunity to ‘gift’ a coaching session to life
partner/spouse.
- Assessment tools provide insight and learning for each
participant.
- Practical, hands on programme to maximise learning
and testing of new ways of thinking.
- Participant workbooks with practical tools, articles, and
