Successful Outplacement programme for Middle and Senior Managers

Our Successful Outplacement programme is specifically geared to assist companies and employees when the decision has been made to lay off employees.

Our Consultancy team will provide those employees with the practical, ‘hands on’ assistance they need to commence the next step in their careers as quickly as possible.

Two HR Consultancy organizations, Dynamic Leadership Development and Peopleworks, have come together to provide the very highest-quality career transitioning programme for out placed managers.

With over thirty years’ experience in working with senior executives in a range of consultancy and in-house roles, the programme facilitators have a great deal of exposure of successfully working with senior individuals and groups from a wide variety of different industries.

Together, their energy and enthusiasm is channeled in to working with transitioning managers to provide them with the most up-to-date thinking and tools on career transitioning. Participants will receive the very best attention and support to help them to their next role- wherever that may be.

The Successful Outplacement Programme is a unique and tailored offering that draws on this experience and thinking from around the globe and distils it into discreet and focused ‘chunks’ in the form of training modules supported by individual one-to-one coaching.

Programme Features and Benefits

  • 1 Day High Impact Workshop*, grounded in psychological principles, facilitated by two highly
    experienced facilitators.

  • Each participant is supported by 12 hours of individual one-to-one coaching support over several months, drawn down at the individual’s discretion.

  • Opportunity to ‘gift’ a coaching session to life partner/spouse.

  • Assessment tools provide insight and learning for each participant.

  • Practical, hands on programme to maximise learning and testing of new ways of thinking.

  • Participant workbooks with practical tools, articles, and questionnaires supported with ‘best practice’ books to assist individuals in personal growth and development.
