Coaching Process

Dynamic Leadership Development’s standard Leadership Coaching engagement follows 5 key steps:

  1. Engagement - clarifying outcomes, confidentiality, code of ethics, coaching structure and fees.

  2. Assessment and Feedback - can include Leadership 360 surveys, Myers Briggs or Birkman behaviour assessments.

  3.  Creation of Coaching Agenda

  4. Coaching Sessions - while flexibility and tailoring of the process for the client are important considerations in all we do at Dynamic Leadership Development, we tend to engage with clients on either a 6 month or a 12 month basis with a coaching session of 90 mins to 2 hours happening every month.

  5. Review and Evaluation against the outcomes agreed at the Engagement step.
